How can I join The Blank Lab?
To get started, just click Log In at the top-right corner and choose Sign up here and fill out the application form. You may register with your seller's permit, business license, state certification, or Federal Tax ID (EIN).
I submitted the form, but I'm still unable to access the website.
Once you've submitted your application, our team will review everything to verify your account. This usually takes 1-2 business days. As soon as you're approved, you'll receive an email inviting you to create your password and explore our online store.
If you don't receive access within 3 business days, please contact us.

What are your pre-pack options?
We currently offer two pre-pack options depending on the style: (3S-2M-1L) or (2S-2M-2L). Each style will list the exact pack breakdown on the product page.
Do you offer custom printing?
Yes! We offer custom printing with a MCQ (Minimum Color Quantity) of 120 pieces. You may mix different styles as long as the print remains the same.
- Custom print upcharge: $3.00 per piece
- Additional print colors: +$0.50 per color

Shipping & Returns
How long does shipping usually take?
We use UPS Ground for all shipments. Delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on the destination.

If the shipment needs to be delivered to a cargo location, please add a memo in your shopping cart and mark the delivery method as “Pick Up” at the checkout.
